Return & Refund Policies

30 Day Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are processed backed to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, in the original condition and packaging to warrant a refund.

 1. Please examine your order as soon as it arrives. Although rare, look for any signs of defective, damaged or a wrong item(s) shipped. We do not accept returns for food or items under $10. We will exchange if an item is incorrect. If you need to do a return you need an MRA# please email for further assistance.

2. All claims must be initiated ASAP but no later than first business day after delivery. Any issues not reported within the next business day of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.

3. Contact us by email  to report a issue with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return before returning, normally a pre-paid shipping label will be E-mailed to you. You can also call us @ 1-888-765-0081  

4. If an item doesn't fit, if you just don't like it, or if it doesn’t work for your application, we will gladly accept a return if the item is in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for the costs of shipping the item to you or returning it to us. We will refund or credit your account for the item only, if exchanging it but not shipping cost. 

Further, if returning for refund a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund which will be credited towards your next order within 60 days.

5. All returns must be in undamaged, resalable, and in original packaging & packing.

6. In the case of GoGo FurBabies shipping the incorrect item, we will replace the item at no cost to the buyer. If the item is damaged by FedEx or USPS, we issue a return label and ship a replacement upon receipt of return. The carrier may require inspection.

7. In the case of a delivery dispute such as a package was not received, proof of delivery by the carrier will be final.

8. We are not responsible for errors in shipping times or delays, we reserve the right to change carrier in the interest of expeditious or safe delivery.

Refusing Delivery
If you refuse your delivery you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a restocking fee. 
If the order contains live aquaria or frozen foods there will be no refunds.

Problems with merchandise after 30 days: 

All merchandise we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer or we will do it for you so you are satisfied with your purchase. Simply Contact Us with your order number and details about the product.
